GREY GOOSE L'ORANGE& ASIAN SUMMER

ingredients
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp sugar for rimming glass
1/2 part DISARONNO® Originale Liqueur
1/2 part simple syrup
3/4 parts fresh lime juice
pinch of ground ginger
pinch of star anise powder
star anise pod for garnish

instructions
With your finger, rub the sesame oil around the rim of a martini glass and then roll in the sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka, DISARONNO® Originale Liqueur, simple syrup, ginger and lime juice. Shake well and strain into martini glass. Grate a pinch of star anise over the top and then drop pod in glass for garnish.

1 lemon slice for garnish

instructions
In a rocks glass filled with ice, add GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka. Garnish with lemon slice. In another glass, combine tomato juice and dash of tabasco. Drink by gulping tomato juice and sipping vodka.

2 sprigs of fresh mint
1 part lemon juice

In a cocktail shaker, combine the simple syrup with chopped rosemary and mint sprig, and muddle well. Add the lemon wedges and muddle well. Add the GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka and Galliano, muddle briefly. Add ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a rocks glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with lime zest and sprig of rosemary.

In a large pitcher, combine diced plum, shiso leaves, and simple syrup and muddle well.  Add ice and remaining ingredients and stir well. Adjust sweetness by adding more syrup if necessary. Strain into a rocks glass and garnish with a plum slice and shiso leaf. Serves 8.

20 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
32 parts tomato juice
1 part fresh lemon juice
1 part fresh lime juice
4 tsp tabasco
2 heaping tbs prepared horseradish
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 heaping tsp celery salt, plus more for rimming the glasses (optional)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 lemon or lime wedge for rimming glasses (optional), plus more for garnish
celery and cucumber for garnish

instructions
In a pitcher with a tight-fitting lid, combine all ingredients except GREY GOOSE® Vodka. Close the pitcher and shake well. Rub the lemon or lime wedge around the rim of each highball glass and then roll glass in remaining celery salt. Fill each glass with ice cubes, fill 1/3 with GREY GOOSE® Vodka and top off with the Bloody Mary mix. Garnish with long celery stalk, long cucumber slice and lime wedge. Serves 10.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& MAPLE MULE

ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
3 drops Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
2 headed tbsps ginger & maple espuma

instructions
Ginger & Maple Espuma:
3 1/2 oz. of Spiced Maple Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
3 1/2 oz. of Water (slightly more or less to achieve desired consistency, easier to control and judge than making a runny Spiced Maple Syrup the first time)
1 tsp Soy Lecithin
Combine water and syrup with the lecithin over a moderate heat to achieve desired consistency. Allow to cool.
Blitz with a hand blender or bar whip into a nice frothy, light foam.

Spiced Maple Simple Syrup:
3 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
Half a cinnamon stick, pinch of powdered cayenne, pinch of powdered ginger, 2 pinches of cloves, pinch of coriander seeds, 2 pieces star anise.
Combine and stir over heat, bring to a near boil, allow to cool and strain through a fine sieve.

Directions: Into a glass shaker add the Grey Goose Vodka, Fresh Squeezed lime Juice, Bitters and Simple Syrup.
Shake well until cold and strain into a chilled old fashion glass of your choice.
Layer two tbsps of the Ginger & Maple espuma onto the drink.
Smile and serve….

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Vodka
4 parts tomato juice
1 lemon wedge
1 lime wedge
2 dashes tabasco
2 tsp prepared horseradish
2 dashes worcestershire sauce
1/8 tsp celery salt, plus more for rimming the glasses (optional)
1/8 tsp ground black pepper
1/8 tsp smoked paprika
1 lemon or lime wedge for rimming glasses (optional), plus more for for garnish
1 tsp celery salt for rimming glasses (optional)
Long stalk of celery for garnish

instructions
When ready to serve, pour the celery salt onto a small plate. Rub the juicy side of a lemon or lime wedge along the outer edge of the lip of each rocks glass not along the inside of the rim. Holding each glass at an angle, roll the outer edge of the rim in the salt until it is fully coated. Fill with ice. In the glass portion of a cocktail shaker squeeze the lemon and lime and drop them in. Add remaining ingredients and fill with ice. Pour the drink several times between the glass portion of the shaker and the metal portion of the shaker. Then strain into prepared glass.
