& APPLE CRISP MARTINI

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
1 lemon wedge
1 tbs cinnamon sugar
1/4 small apple diced
1/2 part simple syrup
1/2 part Tuaca® Liqueur
3/4 parts fresh lemon juice

instructions
Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a martini glass then roll into the cinnamon sugar. In a cocktail shaker, muddle together the diced apple and simple syrup. Add ice and the remaining ingredients. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into the prepared martini glass.

GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& CHALET CIDER

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
2 mint leaves 
3/4 parts simple syrup
3 parts sparkling cider
1/4 part Green Chartreuse (optional)
apple chips

instructions
In a cocktail shaker, muddle mint leaves and syrup. Add ice and GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka, shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Pour into highball glass and top with sparkling cider. Garnish with apple chips.

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& A LUVLI PEAR

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 oz. Martini Prosecco
3 oz. Santal Green Apple Juice with Eucalyptus
1/2 English Cucumber
3 red radishes

instructions
Take a quarter of the cucumber and 1 radish, dice both and muddle with the Green Apple juice. Strain the juice, add to boston shaker. Add Grey Goose La Poire and shake vigorously. Take chilled glass and fill half way with crushed ice. Add Martini Prosecco, Grey Goose La Poire, and half the juice. Give drink a good stir with bar spoon. Add garnish so that the "roots” flow through the glass. Add a little more ice and rest of juice to hold garnish in place. Gently use straw to push roots down and a final stir so that all the flavours are balanced and evenly distributed throughout entire drink. Place flower on edge of the glass. GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& BOOM CLICKY BOOM CLACK (IT’S WHAT WE DO)

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 tsp. oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. fresh cloudy apple juice
2 tsp. gomme
1 tbsp. elderflower cordial
4 red grapes (plus more to garnish)
5-6 mint leaves (plus additional sprig to garnish)
1 dash Fee Borthers rhubarb bitters

instructions
In a Boston glass muddle the grapes and mint. Add remaining ingredients and top with ice. Shake well and hawthorne strain over fresh cubed ice in Collins glass. Garnish with skewered grapes and mint sprig (disciplined of course).

GREY GOOSE VODKA& VANILLA AND PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 tbsp. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 tbsp. Vanilla Syrup
1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
1 1/2 oz. Apple Juice
Garnish: Passion Fruit Foam

instructions
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

The Foam: To create the foam you will need a NO2 charged whip cream canister. 1 liter. Add approx. 10 egg whites, 26 oz. of water, 1 oz. of passion fruit syrup, 1 oz. of passion fruit liqueur and charge with 3 NO2 canisters. Shake well and set in fridge overnight.
