1/2 part Crème de Cassis®
2 tsp fresh lemon juice

1 small cluster of red currants

instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake well and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with zest of lemon and cluster of red currants.

& FIRESIDE MARTINI COCKTAIL

ingredients
1 part GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1 lemon wedge, plus 1 lemon twist for garnish
sugar for rimming the glass
1/4 part marschino liqueur
1 part pomegranate liqueur
1/2 part triple sec
1/4 part sweet vermouth
3 dashes Angostura® Aromatic Bitters

instructions
Rub the lemon wedge around the rim of a chilled martini glass, then roll the glass in sugar. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add remaining ingredients. Shake well and strain into prepared martini glass. Garnish with lemon twist.

GREY GOOSE L'ORANGE& PALM HOUSE MARTINI

ingredients
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka or GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1/2 part NOILLY PRAT® Dry Vermouth
1/2 part Cointreau®
dash of Angostura® Aromatic Bitters
orange twist for garnish

instructions
Using a jigger, measure ingredients into a cocktail pitcher filled with ice. Stir briskly until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with orange twist.

GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& KIRBY

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 kirby cucumber, plus cucumber slice for garnish
Dash Pernod®
Dash orange bitters
1/4 part dry vermouth

instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine kirby cucumber, bitters and Pernod® and muddle well. Add ice, vermouth and GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka. Shake well and double strain into martini glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® L'Orange Flavored Vodka
1 part peach brandy
1 part fresh lime juice
2 dashes peach bitters
1/2 part simple syrup or 1/2 tsp superfine sugar or 1/2 oz peach nectar
1 peach slice

instructions
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add all ingredients. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with peach slice.

Candied Orange zest rim
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L’Orange
1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
3 dash Angostura Orange bitters
1/2 oz. Orange simple syrup
2 oz. fresh squeezed grapefruit juice

Combine all ingredients in a shaker. Shake and single strain over ice.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& LA SORCIÈRE

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 1/2 tbsp. oz. Liquore Strega
1 tbsp. Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
4 tsp of saffron syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: Campari powder and saffron

instructions
First, chill glass. Next add all liquid ingredients (including 4 tsp of saffron syrup and egg whites). With your whisk, whisk to create a nice foam from egg whites. Now, fill shaker with ice and shake LOTS! Strain into chilled martini glass. There should be a nice foam layer on top of the cocktail. Now, get a pinch (about half a tsp) of Campari powder and sprinkle on top of the foam. Get a couple nice strands of saffron and rest over the foam. Cheers!

GREY GOOSE VODKA& FRENCH CANADIAN

ingredients
1oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 oz. Premium Canadian Whiskey (Crown Royal XR, Cask 16 or Special)
1 oz. Vanilla Liqueur
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
White from 1 large egg
Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters

instructions
In a martini shaker, add Whiskey and Grey Goose vodka. Stir gently with ice to chill (not to dilute) In second martini shaker filled with ice, add vanilla liqueur, simple syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously until froth is formed and whites peak. Strain the first part into a martini glass. Slowly layer on the second part using the back of a bar mixing spoon. Using atomizer, spritz 2-3 times with Bitters.

1/4 part Noilly Prat® Dry Vermouth
2 dashes orange bitters
3 olives

instructions
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, add vermouth, stir well and then strain out excess. Add 2 dashes of orange bitters and GREY GOOSE® Vodka. Stir well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with 3 olives.
