GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& BLOODY KIRBY

ingredients
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1/2 inch slice peeled kirby cucumber, plus 1 kirby cucumber spear for garnish
dash of tabasco
1/4 part dry vermouth
1 1/2 parts tomato juice

instructions
In a cocktail shaker combine cucumber, tabasco, GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka and dry vermouth, muddle well. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Top with tomato juice and garnish with spear of cucumber.

ingredients
1 1/2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
1 1/2 parts tomato juice
crushed ice
dash of tabasco
1 part broth, preferably beef
1 slice of kirby cucumber

instructions
Fill a rocks glass with crushed ice. Add GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka, tomato juice, tabasco and broth. Garnish with a slice of kirby cucumber.

GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& SPATINI

ingredients
2 parts GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka
3 slices peeled cucumber
1 tsp sugar
2 sprigs of fresh mint
1 part lemon juice

instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine 2 cucumber slices with mint and sugar and muddle well. Add the GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka and lemon juice and muddle well. Add ice and shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Strain into the martini glass and float a cucumber slice on top.

Dash Pernod®
Dash orange bitters
1/4 part dry vermouth

instructions
In a cocktail shaker, combine kirby cucumber, bitters and Pernod® and muddle well. Add ice, vermouth and GREY GOOSE® Le Citron Flavored Vodka. Shake well and double strain into martini glass. Garnish with cucumber slice.

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& A LUVLI PEAR

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 oz. Martini Prosecco
3 oz. Santal Green Apple Juice with Eucalyptus
1/2 English Cucumber
3 red radishes

instructions
Take a quarter of the cucumber and 1 radish, dice both and muddle with the Green Apple juice. Strain the juice, add to boston shaker. Add Grey Goose La Poire and shake vigorously. Take chilled glass and fill half way with crushed ice. Add Martini Prosecco, Grey Goose La Poire, and half the juice. Give drink a good stir with bar spoon. Add garnish so that the "roots” flow through the glass. Add a little more ice and rest of juice to hold garnish in place. Gently use straw to push roots down and a final stir so that all the flavours are balanced and evenly distributed throughout entire drink. Place flower on edge of the glass. Serve, drink and enjoy...

ingredients
1 1/4 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1/2 tsp. dill puree
2 tbsp. peeled and diced English cucumber
2 oz. fresh cucumber lime-ade
Garnish: Cherry tomato kebob

instructions
Muddle dill puree and diced cucumber. Put this mash into cocktail shaker with Grey Goose vodka and cucumber lime-ade with ice. Shake vigorously and pour shaker contents into a Collins glass. Garnish with a cherry tomato kebob.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& LE MISTRAL

ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. Green Tea Simple Syrup
1/4 Peeled and Cubed English Cucumber
3 Fresh Sage Leaves
2 Fresh Lemon Wedges

instructions
Soak cucumber in Grey Goose vodka, simple syrup, torn sage leaves and the juice of 2 squeezed lemon wedges. Muddle the ingredients very well. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into rocks glass, float “Tea and Cucumber” ice cube.

The Cube: Peel and Seed whole cucumber and finely grate with cheese\vegetable grater. Reserve all grated cucumber, place in double folded cheese cloth and tie. Place in fine mesh sieve and hang overnight catching all the cucumber water. (Hold) Steep 2 bags Organic Green and Jasmine Flower Tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove bags and cool. (Hold) Fill 50% of Flexi-Pan molds with Green Tea. (Freeze) Once froz.en, fill the other 1/2 of Flexi-Pan molds with Cucumber water. (Freeze) (Reserve for service)
