GREY GOOSE VODKA& HONEYDEW COOLER

ingredients
1 part GREY GOOSE® Vodka
1/4 honeydew melon diced into 1" cubes
2 tbsp honey or 2 tsp sugar
2 parts coconut water
1 1/2 parts lime juice
1/2 part simple syrup or 1 tsp superfine sugar
1 part crème de banane
Mint leaves for garnish
Club soda (optional)

instructions
In a bowl, combine the melon cubes with honey and stir well to dissolve honey. Melon can be stored overnight in the refrigerator. Alternately let it sit for 5 minutes and then, using slotted spoon, transfer melon to a reusable bag and chill in freezer while preparing the rest of the drink. Reserve the remaining melon juice.
 
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add coconut water, lime juice, simple syrup, GREY GOOSE® Vodka, crème de banane and 1 ounce of the reserved juice. Shake well until the outside of the shaker is frosted and beaded with sweat. Fill a highball glass with melon cubes and a few ice cubes. Strain cocktail into a glass and garnish with mint leaves. Top with club soda if desired.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& AU CLARE

ingredients
5-6 Mint Leaves
1 tsp Vanilla Infused Sugar (and enough for rim)
1 lg. tbsp Rhubarb purée
1 oz. Rhubarb syrup
1/4 oz. Galliano Vanilla Liqueur
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1/2 oz. Ginger ‘Gizer
1 oz. Elderflower Pressé

instructions
Rim Glass with Vanilla-Infused Sugar. Muddle Mint with Sugar in bottom of glass. Add rhubarb purée & muddle lightly with mint. Fill glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients in order (to create layering) into glass. Garnish with mint sprig. Stir well to drink.

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& BOOM CLICKY BOOM CLACK (IT’S WHAT WE DO)

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 tsp. oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. fresh cloudy apple juice
2 tsp. gomme
1 tbsp. elderflower cordial
4 red grapes (plus more to garnish)
5-6 mint leaves (plus additional sprig to garnish)
1 dash Fee Borthers rhubarb bitters

instructions
In a Boston glass muddle the grapes and mint. Add remaining ingredients and top with ice. Shake well and hawthorne strain over fresh cubed ice in Collins glass. Garnish with skewered grapes and mint sprig (disciplined of course).

GREY GOOSE VODKA& PASSION FRUIT MARTINI (THE RUSHTON PASSION)

ingredients
2 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
2 oz. fresh passion fruit juice
6 fresh mint leaves
1 1/2 oz. vanilla bean infused simple syrup *
sugar cane (for garnish)

instructions
In cocktail shaker muddle together mint leaves with the Vanilla bean simple syrup. Add Grey Goose, fresh Passion Fruit juice and ice, shake vigorously. Stain into martini glass and garnish with a sugar cane.

* Vanilla Bean Infused Simple Syrup

Regular simple syrup made by boiling together, water, sugar, and real vanilla bean.

GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& GINGER GOOSE

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron
1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
5 Mint Sprigs
2 oz. Ginger Beer
Splash of Club Soda
1 1/2 oz. Ginger Citrus Syrup
3 oz. finely shaved Ginger
10 Whole Cloves
10 Whole Peppercorns
1 Lemon zest and juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Water

instructions
Muddle Vodka, Rum, Syrup and Mint Sprigs with a squeeze of Lemon and Lime. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into ice-filled, lemon-garnished Collins glass. Add a couple ounces of Ginger Beer and splash of Club Soda.
