ingredients
6 parts GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka
1 part fresh lemon juice
2 tsp sugar
1 small ripe pear – peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 bottle sparkling moscato (or other sweet sparkling wine)
crystallized ginger for garnish
instructions
In a pitcher, combine the lemon juice, sugar, pear and GREY GOOSE® La Poire Flavored Vodka. Stir well to combine until sugar is dissolved. Pour into 6 champagne glasses. Fill each glass with moscato and garnish with crystallized ginger. Makes 6

splash of bar lime
3 oz. Pear Passion lemonade

In Collins glass add mint, then lime (3 wedges cut in half), brown sugar, add 3 pieces of pear, muddle till its nice and juicy, fill glass with ice, add 1 1/2oz. Grey Goose La Poire, add a splash of bar lime, 3oz. of pear passion lemonade, top with soda. Using the long bar spoon, give it a good stir, garnish with mint sprig and a slice of pear

2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
1 1/2 oz. rose wine
the juice of 1/4 lemon
2 tsps simple syrup
1 tsp poached pear water
garnish: poached pearinstructions
In a cocktail shaker, add all ingredient except the poach pear garnish. Shake and strain into a martini glass. Cut a wedge of the poached pear, please place on the side of the martini glass, and voilà… La Poire Rose!

2 oz. GREY GOOSE Vodka
1 oz. Gekkeikan Black & Gold Sake
2 oz. Marco brand spruce beer
1/2 oz. House sour mix*
1/2 Port poached pear*instructions
Combine GREY GOOSE La Poire vodka, sake, lemon juice and simple syrup in a shaker. Shake well, and pour into a highball filled with crushed ice. Add the half poached pear, cut in quarters, and the spruce beer. Garnish with a mint leaf, to taste.
*House sour mix: Half and half mixture of fresh lemon juice and sugar.
*Recipe used to poach pear: port, cinnamon, thyme and star anise.

ingredients
1 oz. GREY GOOSE La Poire vodka
1/2 oz. Belle de Brillet pear cognac
1 oz. fresh lime juice
1 oz. pear and jasmine syrup
Poached pearinstructions
Muddle half a pear in a Boston shaker. Add all ingredients, and top with ice. Using a strainer and a Hawthorn strainer, pour the liquid in a small glass filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a poached pear tartar, in a empty half-lime rind.
