GREY GOOSE VODKA& LE MISTRAL

ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. Green Tea Simple Syrup
1/4 Peeled and Cubed English Cucumber
3 Fresh Sage Leaves
2 Fresh Lemon Wedges

instructions
Soak cucumber in Grey Goose vodka, simple syrup, torn sage leaves and the juice of 2 squeezed lemon wedges. Muddle the ingredients very well. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into rocks glass, float “Tea and Cucumber” ice cube.

The Cube: Peel and Seed whole cucumber and finely grate with cheese\vegetable grater. Reserve all grated cucumber, place in double folded cheese cloth and tie. Place in fine mesh sieve and hang overnight catching all the cucumber water. (Hold) Steep 2 bags Organic Green and Jasmine Flower Tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove bags and cool. (Hold) Fill 50% of Flexi-Pan molds with Green Tea. (Freeze) Once froz.en, fill the other 1/2 of Flexi-Pan molds with Cucumber water. (Freeze) (Reserve for service)

GREY GOOSE VODKA& ICED TEASE

ingredients
1 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 Lipton White Tea bags (no flavouring)
4 fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Ice

instructions
Brew a 12 oz. glass of white tea using both tea bags. Cool. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz. Grey Goose vodka with 1 oz. Chambord, 3/4 oz. Pomegranate juice and 1 oz. of cold, brewed white tea. Shake very well and pour over ice and raspberries in a tall rocks glass. Enjoy.

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& THE DYNASTY COCKTAIL

ingredients
1 1/4 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
3/4 oz. sake
1 oz. oolong tea syrup
1 oz. fresh lime juice
Asian pear foam

instructions
Shake, double strain into martini glass. Top with Asian pear foam.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& FRENCH ICED TEA

ingredients
1 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
Fresh Lavender
1 tsp. African Rooibos Tea
Four slices fresh peach
Simple syrup

instructions
Crack fresh lavender at bottom of mixing glass. Add tea. Smack with muddler. Add peach, syrup and Grey Goose vodka. Muddle. Hard Shaken. Fine strained over ice.
