ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
3/4 oz. Paldo Aloe Drink
3/4 oz. Simple Syrup
7 White Raspberries
2 Kumquats, squeezed

instructions
Combine simple syrup and raspberries in a shaker. Muddle. Add Grey Goose vodka, Aloe Drink, and ice. Shake. Pour ingredients (no strain) into tall cocktail glass. Squeeze two kumquats to finish.

GREY GOOSE LE CITRON& GINGER GOOSE

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose Le Citron
1/2 oz. Spiced Rum
5 Mint Sprigs
2 oz. Ginger Beer
Splash of Club Soda
1 1/2 oz. Ginger Citrus Syrup
3 oz. finely shaved Ginger
10 Whole Cloves
10 Whole Peppercorns
1 Lemon zest and juice
1 Cup Sugar
1 1/2 Cups Water

instructions
Muddle Vodka, Rum, Syrup and Mint Sprigs with a squeeze of Lemon and Lime. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain into ice-filled, lemon-garnished Collins glass. Add a couple ounces of Ginger Beer and splash of Club Soda.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& LE MISTRAL

ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1 oz. Green Tea Simple Syrup
1/4 Peeled and Cubed English Cucumber
3 Fresh Sage Leaves
2 Fresh Lemon Wedges

instructions
Soak cucumber in Grey Goose vodka, simple syrup, torn sage leaves and the juice of 2 squeezed lemon wedges. Muddle the ingredients very well. Add ice and shake vigorously. Double strain into rocks glass, float “Tea and Cucumber” ice cube.

The Cube: Peel and Seed whole cucumber and finely grate with cheese\vegetable grater. Reserve all grated cucumber, place in double folded cheese cloth and tie. Place in fine mesh sieve and hang overnight catching all the cucumber water. (Hold) Steep 2 bags Organic Green and Jasmine Flower Tea in 1 cup of boiling water for 10 minutes. Remove bags and cool. (Hold) Fill 50% of Flexi-Pan molds with Green Tea. (Freeze) Once froz.en, fill the other 1/2 of Flexi-Pan molds with Cucumber water. (Freeze) (Reserve for service)

GREY GOOSE VODKA& ICED TEASE

ingredients
1 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 oz. Chambord raspberry liqueur
3/4 oz. Pomegranate juice
2 Lipton White Tea bags (no flavouring)
4 fresh raspberries (for garnish)
Ice

instructions
Brew a 12 oz. glass of white tea using both tea bags. Cool. In a shaker with ice, combine 1 oz. Grey Goose vodka with 1 oz. Chambord, 3/4 oz. Pomegranate juice and 1 oz. of cold, brewed white tea. Shake very well and pour over ice and raspberries in a tall rocks glass. Enjoy.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& VANILLA AND PASSION FRUIT MARTINI

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 tbsp. Butterscotch Schnapps
1 tbsp. Vanilla Syrup
1 oz. Passion Fruit Puree
1 1/2 oz. Apple Juice
Garnish: Passion Fruit Foam

instructions
Shake and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

The Foam: To create the foam you will need a NO2 charged whip cream canister. 1 liter. Add approx. 10 egg whites, 26 oz. of water, 1 oz. of passion fruit syrup, 1 oz. of passion fruit liqueur and charge with 3 NO2 canisters. Shake well and set in fridge overnight.

GREY GOOSE L'ORANGE& 17TH AVENUE SUNBURN

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose L’Orange
1 oz. Martini Bianco
1/2 small blood orange
4 leaves of Thai basil

instructions
Put all ingredients in shaker (after ripping basil leaves a few times and squeezing orange wedges) with ice and shake hard. Fine strain into a chilled martini glass garnished with a blood orange wedge.
