ingredients
5-6 Mint Leaves
1 tsp Vanilla Infused Sugar (and enough for rim)
1 lg. tbsp Rhubarb purée
1 oz. Rhubarb syrup
1/4 oz. Galliano Vanilla Liqueur
2 oz. Grey Goose Vodka
1/2 oz. Ginger ‘Gizer
1 oz. Elderflower Pressé

instructions
Rim Glass with Vanilla-Infused Sugar. Muddle Mint with Sugar in bottom of glass. Add rhubarb purée & muddle lightly with mint. Fill glass with ice. Add remaining ingredients in order (to create layering) into glass. Garnish with mint sprig. Stir well to drink.

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& A LUVLI PEAR

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 oz. Martini Prosecco
3 oz. Santal Green Apple Juice with Eucalyptus
1/2 English Cucumber
3 red radishes

instructions
Take a quarter of the cucumber and 1 radish, dice both and muddle with the Green Apple juice. Strain the juice, add to boston shaker. Add Grey Goose La Poire and shake vigorously. Take chilled glass and fill half way with crushed ice. Add Martini Prosecco, Grey Goose La Poire, and half the juice. Give drink a good stir with bar spoon. Add garnish so that the "roots” flow through the glass. Add a little more ice and rest of juice to hold garnish in place. Gently use straw to push roots down and a final stir so that all the flavours are balanced and evenly distributed throughout entire drink. Place flower on edge of the glass. Serve, drink and enjoy...

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 tsp. oz. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 oz. fresh cloudy apple juice
2 tsp. gomme
1 tbsp. elderflower cordial
4 red grapes (plus more to garnish)
5-6 mint leaves (plus additional sprig to garnish)
1 dash Fee Borthers rhubarb bitters

instructions
In a Boston glass muddle the grapes and mint. Add remaining ingredients and top with ice. Shake well and hawthorne strain over fresh cubed ice in Collins glass. Garnish with skewered grapes and mint sprig (disciplined of course).

ingredients
1 oz. Grey Goose vodka
5 blackberries
1 oz. vanilla simple syrup *
1 oz. fresh lime
1 oz. soda

instructions
Combine ingredients in shaker and muddle the blackberries. Add ice and shake vigorously. Fine strain into 10oz. cocktail glass and fill with ice. *For simple syrup: 1 cup sugar, 1 cup water and half a vanilla bean (approx 5cm) split open. Boil together and remove vanilla bean.

3 dash Angostura Orange bitters

ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
2 tbsp. of organic agave syrup
juice from one freshly squeezed organic lemon
2 oz. water
1 organic kiwi (skinned and muddled)
2 pinches of freshly ground pepper (or two full twists of a pepper mill)
1 pinch of cayenne pepper (dash! Be careful not to put in too much!)
Garnish: one red chili pepper (sliced length wise and seeded)

instructions
Combine all ingredients into shaker, over ice and shake vigorously. Loosely strain the mix into the martini glass (allowing the full bits of kiwi out). Garnish with red chili pepper and enjoy!

Grey Goose L’Orange
Grey Goose La Poire
Garnish: watermelon cube, pineapple cube, strawberry rhubarb gelatin

instructions
Shaken and strained over a skewered cube of watermelon, pineapple and strawberry rhubarb gelatin.

Cube: 1 1/4 liters of strawberry juice(make sure seeds are strained), 20 gelatin sheets, 1/2 cup of sugar to taste. Spread on baking sheet allow to cool then cut. Make sure to hydrate gelatin sheets.
