ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
3-5 blackberries
3/4 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
Splash of soda
Sprig of thymeinstructions
Muddle blackberries. Add Grey Goose, lime juice and simple syrup. Shake and double strain. Pour into tall hurricane glass with plenty of ice. Garnish with a splash of soda and thyme.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& CAPRIOLA
ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 tbsp icewine
2 tsps vanilla syrup
2/3 medium egg, beaten
Barspoon aged balsamic vinegar
Garnish of nutmeg and a skewer of red grapesinstructions
Crack a whole egg into a bowl, and beat using the bar whip. Remove 1/3 of the liquid, and keep the other 2/3 for the cocktail. Add one barspoon of aged balsamic vinegar, and beat into the remaining egg. Add all ingredients to a mixing glass, and shake well over ice. Double strain into a chilled martini glass, and garnish with a skewer of red grapes. For best results, have the grapes in the glass before pouring the drink, to allow the egg froth to wrap nicely around the grapes. Finish with a light dusting of ground nutmeg.

1 tbsp Benedictine
1/2 tsp Cazadores Añejo
4 tsps Yuzu juice
4 tsps Maple Syrup
Garnish: maple sugar (2/3) and Murray River pink salt (1/3)instructions

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 1/2 tbsp. oz. Liquore Strega
1 tbsp. Maraschino Liqueur
1 oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash Peychaud's bitters
4 tsp of saffron syrup
1 egg white
Garnish: Campari powder and saffroninstructions
First, chill glass. Next add all liquid ingredients (including 4 tsp of saffron syrup and egg whites). With your whisk, whisk to create a nice foam from egg whites. Now, fill shaker with ice and shake LOTS! Strain into chilled martini glass. There should be a nice foam layer on top of the cocktail. Now, get a pinch (about half a tsp) of Campari powder and sprinkle on top of the foam. Get a couple nice strands of saffron and rest over the foam. Cheers!

1 oz. Premium Canadian Whiskey (Crown Royal XR, Cask 16 or Special)
1 oz. Vanilla Liqueur
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup
White from 1 large egg
Whiskey Barrel Aged Bittersinstructions
In a martini shaker, add Whiskey and Grey Goose vodka. Stir gently with ice to chill (not to dilute) In second martini shaker filled with ice, add vanilla liqueur, simple syrup and egg white. Shake vigorously until froth is formed and whites peak. Strain the first part into a martini glass. Slowly layer on the second part using the back of a bar mixing spoon. Using atomizer, spritz 2-3 times with Bitters.

GREY GOOSE VODKA& MAPLE MULE
ingredients
2 oz. Grey Goose vodka
1 oz. fresh squeezed lime juice
3 drops Fee Brothers Whiskey Barrel Aged Bitters
1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1 sugar to water)
2 headed tbsps ginger & maple espumainstructions
Ginger & Maple Espuma:
3 1/2 oz. of Spiced Maple Simple Syrup (see recipe below)
3 1/2 oz. of Water (slightly more or less to achieve desired consistency, easier to control and judge than making a runny Spiced Maple Syrup the first time)
1 tsp Soy Lecithin
Combine water and syrup with the lecithin over a moderate heat to achieve desired consistency. Allow to cool.
Blitz with a hand blender or bar whip into a nice frothy, light foam.
Spiced Maple Simple Syrup:
3 1/2 oz. Simple Syrup (2:1)
1 1/2 oz. Maple Syrup
Half a cinnamon stick, pinch of powdered cayenne, pinch of powdered ginger, 2 pinches of cloves, pinch of coriander seeds, 2 pieces star anise.
Combine and stir over heat, bring to a near boil, allow to cool and strain through a fine sieve.
Directions: Into a glass shaker add the Grey Goose Vodka, Fresh Squeezed lime Juice, Bitters and Simple Syrup.
Shake well until cold and strain into a chilled old fashion glass of your choice.
Layer two tbsps of the Ginger & Maple espuma onto the drink.
Smile and serve….
