2 parts grapefruit juice preferably ruby red
1/2 part fresh lemon juice
1/2 part simple syrup
1 grapefruit slice

instructions
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with grapefruit slice.

1/2 part simple syrup
1 part blackberry brandy

2 tsp sugar
1 small ripe pear – peeled, cored and cut into 1/4 inch slices

GREY GOOSE LA POIRE& A LUVLI PEAR

ingredients
1 1/2 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
2 oz. Martini Prosecco
3 oz. Santal Green Apple Juice with Eucalyptus
1/2 English Cucumber
3 red radishes

instructions
Take a quarter of the cucumber and 1 radish, dice both and muddle with the Green Apple juice. Strain the juice, add to boston shaker. Add Grey Goose La Poire and shake vigorously. Take chilled glass and fill half way with crushed ice. Add Martini Prosecco, Grey Goose La Poire, and half the juice. Give drink a good stir with bar spoon. Add garnish so that the "roots” flow through the glass. Add a little more ice and rest of juice to hold garnish in place. Gently use straw to push roots down and a final stir so that all the flavours are balanced and evenly distributed throughout entire drink. Place flower on edge of the glass.
